Kenneth Mulvany, Chief Executive Officer, Proximagen


Kenneth joined Proximagen in March 2004 as Chief Executive and acts to focus the Company's commitment to deliver novel drugs and innovative new treatments for neurodegenerative disease, bringing new hope to patients and value to shareholders.

Prior to joining Proximagen, Kenneth worked in the venture capital markets focused on the biotech and European high-tech industries. Kenneth played key roles in developing several successful high-tech start-ups. He brings 13 years of biotech leadership and experience to Proximagen.

 

Laurie Turnbull, Executive Chairman, Source Bioscience


Mr Turnbull was appointed Executive Chairman in November 2006, and has extensive experience in a senior capacity in both public and private companies. First appointed to a fully listed plc board when he was 29 he has enjoyed a 30 year career as a CEO and senior executive. For 15 years he was CEO of Texas Group plc where he was active in numerous acquisitions and flotations. This Manchester based venture capital company was instrumental in the formation and development of Source BioScience in the years prior to its flotation. He is Non-Executive Chairman of CBG Group plc, the Aim quoted insurance broker and financial services company and Non-Executive Chairman of Texas Holdings Ltd.

 

Dr Stephen Little, Chief Executive Officer, DxS


Dr. Steve Little is one of the cofounders of DxS and has led the company since its formation in 2001. He has over 20 years' experience in the biotechnology industry and was previously a board and executive team member during 11 years at AstraZeneca Diagnostics. He has held management positions in both the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries and has extensive experience in the development of nucleic acid based diagnostic products and services for human genetic analysis.

 

Charles de Rohan, Chief Executive Officer, Genetix


Charles joined Genetix Group plc in September 2008 as CEO, taking over from the Founder and CEO. In that year, the Group has continued to grow well, in spite of the turbulent economic situation around the globe.

He joined from Abbott Diagnostics, his most recent position being Vice President of Scientific Leadership and Global Accounts for Europe, Middle East and Africa, based both in Germany and in the UK. Charles graduated in Mathematics and Theoretical Physics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London University, is an Associate of the Royal College of Science and a qualified UK Chartered Accountant.
